JBTC Labs Ltd. is a British Virgin Islands company (number 2206198) run by three founders with equal shares: Ujjwal Sahay, Parag Kode, and Rook Kim. Together the team holds 0.24% of supply; 95.24% is reserved for holders. We build in the open, audited by CertiK, and publish what we can verify.

We watched Bitcoin mint a generation of holders who did one thing right: they showed up early and didn’t leave. Most of us weren’t there. JuniorBTC started as a simple question: what if a token’s entire design rewarded exactly that behavior, and nothing else? No mining arms race. No staking maze. No insider allocation waiting to dump. Just a hard cap, a daily claim, and a contract nobody can quietly edit later.
We put 95.24% of the supply where our mouth is, kept 0.24%, locked the rules in code, and hired one of the industry’s toughest auditors to check our work. Box 4342, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, and our registered agent is Intershore Consult (BVI) Ltd. The company has three directors holding equal shares: Ujjwal Sahay, Parag Subhash Kode, and Ji Rook Kim. Governance gives each director independent access to company records. Security audit: CertiK. We publish what we can verify and skip what we can’t. If you ever catch this site claiming something the chain doesn’t back up, mail us and we’ll fix it publicly.
