Hold the Token. Use the Ecosystem.
Referral finance (ReFi) routes a slice of daily claim flows to merchants and services. Holding JBTC eventually pays for real things without selling it, and the rail that makes that possible ships on day one.
What ReFi Actually Is
Direct Answer
ReFi (referral finance) is a payment rail where a percentage of your daily JBTC claim is routed on-chain to a linked merchant or service. Your tokens stay in your wallet. The merchant is paid from the flow, not from your balance, so holding funds real-world access without spending the underlying asset.
Your tokens never leave your wallet. Linking is a permission, not a transfer.
Payment comes from your daily claim flow (capped at 0.5% per day), not from your balance.
Your holding funds the flow. The flow funds the service. The principal stays yours.
Note on terminology: our ReFi means Referral Finance. It is a different concept from environmental ReFi (regenerative finance) and does not claim to be one.
How It Works, Step by Step
Keep JBTC in your own wallet. Custody is yours at every step, and nothing about linking changes that.
A once-per-24-hour claim generates your daily flow, capped at 0.5% of your holding per day.
Attach a ReFi merchant or service to your wallet on-chain. Unlink any time; the routing stops on the next claim.
A referral percentage of your claim routes to the merchant automatically each day, settled on-chain.
You keep the principal. The merchant receives predictable daily income they can forecast against.
What Runs on Day One
The referral rail itself ships with the token: on-chain wallet linking, 1% standard referral and 10% at 2x holding, and automatic routing on every daily claim. It is audited, working, and independent of any specific merchant.
That rail is the plumbing every future vertical runs on. Nothing on this page works without it, and it does not depend on anything else.
The Arena is the first live vertical using the rail. Its 3% pool fee is a real ReFi flow: fees route on-chain into vault buybacks, so every played round refills the pool holders claim from.
Wallet linking, 1% and 10%-at-2x routing, on-chain settlement each claim.
3% pool fee routes to vault buybacks. Working ReFi flow, verifiable on-chain.
The Six Verticals
Route claim flows to ticketing, hospitality, and lifestyle partners. Attend and use services funded by what you hold, not what you spend.
Your benefit: access without selling.
Depends on: merchant module and a first anchor partner in the vertical.
Route flows to courses, cohorts, and institutions. Holding funds tuition or credentials over time instead of one-off payments.
Your benefit: compounding learning access from a fixed holding.
Depends on: merchant module and an education partner willing to accept flow-based settlement.
Our first consumer target. Point a daily flow at recurring bills and digital subscriptions so a holding pays for the small monthly line items.
Your benefit: a holding that quietly covers monthly overhead.
Depends on: planning stage, first billing partner, one market at a time.
Explore claim-flow routing toward rent, fractional ownership, or service fees with property partners. This is direction, not a product.
Your benefit: long-term housing costs met by long-term holding.
Depends on: regulated partners and country-by-country legal review.
We are exploring claim-flow repayment models with licensed lenders: a holder’s daily flow servicing a small credit line, on-chain and predictable. This requires real bank partners and real approvals. We make no promises about timing or availability.
Your benefit: flow-serviced credit lines, if and only if regulated partners agree.
Depends on: licensed lenders, regulator sign-off per market.
Cross-border settlement for services (freelance, remittance, SaaS). Route a share of claim flow to global providers with on-chain finality.
Your benefit: holding-funded access to services outside your local rail.
Depends on: merchant module and per-market compliance work.
Why More Holders Means More Utility
More holders grow daily flows. Larger flows attract merchants. More merchants make holding more useful. That demand meets a fixed 21 million supply.
- Hold
- Claim daily
- Play the Arena
- Fees buy back
- Vault refills
Honest caveat: this is a design goal, not a guarantee. Adoption is not promised, prices are not promised, and the flywheel only turns if real people use the rail.
ReFi Versus Spending
| Dimension | Paying by Spending | Paying by Holding (ReFi) |
|---|---|---|
| Balance | Shrinks with each payment. | Stays intact. Payments come from flow, not principal. |
| Cadence | One-time or recurring debits. | Continuous, capped at 0.5% of holding per day. |
| Requirement | Enough balance for each payment. | Enough holding, over enough time, for flows to matter. |
| Custody | Funds leave your wallet. | Tokens stay in your wallet; only the flow moves. |
| Honest Caveat | Predictable, but consumes the asset. | Requires holding enough JBTC for daily flows to be meaningful. |
